Join CGH's Office of Risk Management and kickstart your career in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). This dynamic role offers hands-on experience in healthcare risk management and strategic projects within Singapore's public healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

·     Support enterprise risk management projects, including strategic and corporate projects such as ERM framework development, implementation for AI and digitalisation, crisis management and hospital remodelling.

·     Conduct risk assessments and research to support evidence-based decision making

·     Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on risk mitigation strategies

·     Perform documentation and reporting for key risk management initiatives

·     Support the planning and execution of risk management training and workshops

·     Assist in planning and monitoring for risk management projects

·     Perform any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

·     Bachelor's degree in any discipline

·     Entry level graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of working experience

·     Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

·     Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·     Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

·     Experience with data analysis tools is a plus

·     Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in teams

·     Strong organisational and time management skills

·     Keen interest in healthcare and risk management

·     Proactive learning attitude and adaptability
