About the Role

Join our Finance Division and play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate financial operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is meticulous, organised, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage daily Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions
  • Process GIRO applications and handle monthly GIRO deductions
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy
  • Respond to enquiries from both internal teams and external customers
  • Support other finance-related tasks and projects as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification with 1–2 years' experience in finance or accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail
  • Organised and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong customer service mindset
