Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive / Senior Account Executive handle full sets of accounts duties and analyse accounts and perform reconciliation. Produce financial reports to ensure regulatory adherence. Maintain billings and reports, verify all billings and reconciled to the general ledger and daily finance operations. You will process of AP & AR for daily invoicing, perform monthly GST filing, payroll & assist HR department.

What Will You Do

  • Handle full sets of accounts duties and analyse accounts and perform reconciliation.
  • Produce financial reports to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Maintain billings and reports, verify all billings and reconciled to the general ledger and daily finance operations
  • Responsibility for Account Receivable, Account Payable and bank reconciliation

· Responsible for timely preparation of monthly & quarterly financial reports

· Liaise with the team for month end closing of accounts

· To ensure accounting, regulations, and internal controls in all financial activities.

· Liaise with auditors, bank, government or operation in financial audits,

· Any other duties assigned

What Do We Want

  • Min Diploma & above in accounting/ LCCI/ Finance or equivalent
  • At least 5 years working experience accounting related field
  • Must know how to use sysfreight systems
  • Proficient in MS office & Excel application
  • Strong sense of responsibility, mature, self - motivated, proactive, attention to details, meticulous and work independently
  • Good team player and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle stress, tight deadlines and multi-tasking
