[What the role is]

Case officer in managing cases and any other duties the registrar may assign.

[What you will be working on]

  • Assist Registrar and Board members of the Strata Titles Boards in case management of applications filed with Strata Titles Boards

  • Prepare documentation/correspondence in relation to mediation/hearing sessions

  • Communication with parties on Strata Titles Boards procedures

  • Conduct research for the Boards

  • Assist the Board to draft Orders, Grounds of Decisions and Judgments

  • Review of legislation such as the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act, the Land Titles (Strata) Act and their subsidiary legislation

  • Provide administrative support to Strata Titles Boards 

  • Any other duties the Registrar may assign

[What we are looking for]

  • Tertiary qualification in legal studies.
  • Relevant working experience in the legal sector would be an advantage.
  • Good command of English language, both written and spoken.
  • Good inter-personal skills and able to communicate with people from all walks of life.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player.
