Dental Clinic Front Desk Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage patient registration, appointment bookings, follow-ups, and send timely reminders
- Respond promptly to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online enquiries
- Handle billing, payments, and process claims (e.g., CHAS, Medisave, insurance)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and waiting area
- Support the smooth running of daily clinic operations and liaise with clinical staff
- Perform general administrative duties and maintain accurate records
- Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by Clinic Management
Job Requirements:
- Willing to work weekends, 5 days a week (Saturday is a must)
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Responsible & takes initiative
- Problem solver
- Computer literate
- Prior experience in Dental Assisting will be an advantage
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
