Revenue Executive – Hospitality

Position Summary:
The Revenue Executive supports the commercial strategy by analyzing booking trends, managing inventory, and implementing dynamic pricing to maximize revenue and occupancy. This role works closely with sales, reservations, and operations to ensure rate integrity and optimal channel performance.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Pricing
Monitor market demand, competitor rates, and booking pace to recommend pricing adjustments.
- Implement rate strategies across direct and third-party channels (OTAs, GDS, corporate portals).
- Maintain rate parity and ensure promotional offers are aligned with business goals.
Support seasonal and event-based pricing initiatives.
Inventory & Channel Management
Oversee room inventory allocation across channels to prevent overbooking or underselling.
- Coordinate with reservations and front office to manage availability and blackout dates.
Ensure accurate content, images, and rate plans across all distribution platforms.
Reporting & Analysis
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (e.g., ADR, RevPAR, occupancy).
- Analyze booking patterns, lead times, and cancellation trends to inform strategy.
Track performance by segment (corporate, leisure, long-stay) and channel.
Collaboration & Support
Work with Sales and Marketing to align promotions with revenue goals.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes with data insights.
Assist in onboarding new channels or systems (e.g., RMS, PMS, CRS).
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- 2–3 years' experience in revenue, reservations, or distribution management.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with RMS/PMS tools (e.g., SiteMinder, Opera, Duetto).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, commercial mindset.
- Able to work independently and collaborate across departments.
