Job Responsibilities

  • Key financial planning and analysis support for F&B.
  • Main support in research and resolve restaurant inquiries relating to actual, forecast and budgeting.
  • Main support in the development of the annual operating budget.
  • Prepare routine financial and operational reports for Management and Operations.
  • Responsible for the preparation and analysis of monthly financial KPI reviews, and periodic forecast reports.
  • Provide support in analyzing business performance metrics and provide findings to Management.
  • Perform financial analysis to support business decisions in special projects as assigned.
  • Assist in maintaining knowledge of emerging trends related to analytics, statistical, and data visualization.

Job Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Business/Economics
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Hospitality industry
  • Prior experience at a "Big Four" public accounting firm is desirable
  • Team player with high integrity, sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient/timely manner
  • Experience in IBM Planning Analytics is desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both, verbal and written)
  • Strong working knowledge with MS Excel, Excel VBA and PowerPoint, experience in any programming language, simulation software, and data analytics software is highly desired
  • Experience in developing data visualizations through Power BI is desirable
