IT Business Analyst – Private Banking / Corporate Actions

Employment Type: 1 year Contract (Renewable)

We are looking for a highly experienced IT Business Analyst with deep expertise in Private Banking or Wealth Management and strong exposure to Corporate Actions. This is a critical role supporting a top-tier banking project.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of IT business analysis, systems engineering & support, ideally in Core Banking (Private Banking domain).
  • Proven experience as a BA handling Corporate Actions.

  • Solid understanding of credit and investment products:

  • Credit – Mortgage, Lombard Loans, Structured Finance

  • Derivatives – Options, Structured Products

  • Securities – Equities, Fixed Income, Funds

  • Familiar with Transact modules (AA, MD, SC, DX, SY, etc.).

  • Experienced in driving PLWs and implementing new application processes.
  • Strong grasp of SDLC, Agile (SCRUM/KANBAN) methodologies.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative team player.
  • High attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to convert technical requirements into scalable solutions.

Compliance & Risk:

  • Demonstrates strong ethics and integrity.
  • Understands risk management, conflict of interest handling, and compliance with financial regulations.
