Job Scope

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential clients in Singapore within targeted industries
  • Support outreach campaigns via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior sales executives

Sales Support

  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and demos for clients
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce, or equivalent)
  • Track client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups

Client Engagement

  • Participate in client meetings (virtual/in-person) with senior colleagues
  • Understand client needs and map them to IFT World's digital transformation solutions (automation, AI, IT outsourcing, cloud, etc.)
  • Provide excellent customer service during the sales process

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing and pre-sales team to support campaigns
  • Coordinate with delivery/technical teams for solution design input
  • Share market insights and competitor updates with the team

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or internship in IT/software/digital services (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Strong interest in digital transformation, IT outsourcing, automation, or cloud solutions
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace
