Our client is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join their team

About Our Client:

Company's key business activity is in vehicle financing, as well as providing hassle-free and attractive automotive financing solutions for customers. It also provides other services related to its core business. They have been providing a wide range of attractive automotive financing solutions which include in-house and direct loans as well as COE renewal and scrapping.

What you'll be doing?
  • Develop sales strategies: Craft and implement effective approaches to boost revenue growth and achieve targets.
  • Build relationships: Nurture strong connections with new and existing customers to ensure long-term success.
  • Prospect and expand: Identify potential clients and actively work to grow the customer base.
  • Close deals: Negotiate and finalize sales agreements to meet objectives and drive business growth.
  • Generate leads: Utilize various channels to create and convert sales opportunities.
  • Deliver presentations: Showcase products/services through engaging and persuasive presentations.
  • Manage vehicle-related tasks: Handle SG Carmart posting, vehicle valuation, and assist with vehicle collection, delivery, repairs, and inspections.
  • Support the team: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management to contribute to overall success.
Who are they looking for?
  • Sales experience: Ideally, you have around 1 year of experience in automotive industry sales.
  • CRM knowledge: A strong understanding of customer relationship management principles to foster client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker: Excellent skills in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Versatile skillset: Proficiency in prospecting, negotiation, communication, lead generation, closing, and presentation skills.
  • Educational background: Post Secondary / Diploma qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Driving license: Possession of a class 3 driving license to support vehicle-related responsibilities.
