Responsibilities (Central Location):
- To provide administrative support and proper documentations necessary for site operations.
 - File documentation, maintain and update database.
 - Data entry, basic Admin duties and Office maintenance.
 - Provide support and ensure smooth daily running operation of the team
 - To raise purchase requisition and purchase order using the ERP system.
 - To support the operations team in general administration matters such as overtime claims, leave applications and invoices etc.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE "N" / "O" Level / Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Business Administration , accounting or hospitality , communications, engineering etc.
 - At least 3 years of relevant admin experience in Singapore.
 - Good communication skills and written skills
 - Able to multi-task to manage work priorities.
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
 - Responsible, Meticulous and possess good initiative.
 - Local prefer. Can start work immediately or 1 month notice .
 
5.5 days Work Week
