Responsibilities:
- Deliver face-to-face and on-the-job (OJT) training sessions, ensuring training content aligns with organizational goals and adapting methods to suit diverse learning needs
- Assist in creating and maintaining up-to-date, industry-compliant training materials by collaborating with subject matter experts to continuously improve support content
- Track employee training progress and maintain accurate records
- Identify gaps in training and recommend corrective actions. Provide regular updates to the Training Manager on training outcomes
- Evaluate employee skills and competencies through assessments, provide constructive feedback to employees on their performance and Identify areas for improvement and recommend additional training
- Ensure training programs emphasize safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance while monitoring adherence to safety protocols during sessions
- Provide mentorship and guidance to support employees' professional growth and help them apply training to their daily tasks
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities, participating in projects, and collaborating with teams to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Business or related field
- Some experience or interest in training and development
- Basic knowledge of safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Good communication skill
- Organized and detail-oriented
