We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager oversees the end-to-end delivery of projects, products, or services, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. He/she plays a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of services or products by working closely with multidisciplinary teams within a company. They monitor project progress, tackle potential issues, and continually optimize for better efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Defining project scope, creating timelines, allocating resources, and managing risks to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Team Management: Leading and motivating delivery teams, facilitating collaboration, and removing obstacles to progress.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keeping stakeholders informed about project status, managing expectations, and facilitating communication between different teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in the delivery process and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Tracking project costs and ensuring that the project stays within budget.

Requirement

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.
  • Contacts for delivery vendors and drivers needed.

Remuneration:

  • Basic Salary $4000 onwards (Commensurate with experience)
  • Mobile Allowance: $2.80/working day (approx $50-60/mth)
  • Performance Incentive (Variable Allowance): $150 monthly depending on performance appraisal
  • Attendance Incentive (Variable Allowance): $150 monthly for good attendance record (No lateness or absence)
  • Meal Allowance: $10 meal allowance for overtime exceeding 2hrs
  • 12 days annual leave, 14 days medical, Hospitalization, Child Care leave, Paternity Leave, Marriage Leave, Compassionate Leave

Working Hours: 5.5 days

  • Mon to Thu – 9 am to 7 pm
  • Friday     – 9 am to 6 pm
  • Off Day - Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
