Job Description

MISSION :

Asia Pacific Marketing Campaign & Lead Generation Specialist : We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Asia Pacific Marketing Campaign Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Eloqua. You will play a central role in building and executing regional and market-level email marketing and lead generation campaigns across the Asia Pacific Region. This role requires someone who thrives in operations, manages multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively, and is comfortable working across different countries, cultures, and marketing maturity levels.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Email Marketing & Campaign Execution:

  • Build and execute email marketing campaigns in Eloqua — including setup, segmentation, asset management, testing, QA, launch, and reporting
  • Deploy and manage a high volume of campaigns across multiple ASIA PACIFIC markets
  • Localize and adapt global campaigns for regional relevance and compliance
  • Ensure timely execution, accuracy, and brand consistency in all campaigns

Regional Campaign Management:

  • Manage multiple regional and in-country lead generation campaigns concurrently, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines
  • Serve as the primary operational support for country marketing teams, providing Eloqua expertise and campaign execution support
  • Coordinate with sales, local marketing managers, and central teams to manage campaign workflows and ensure smooth lead handover

Collaboration with Group, Regional and Local Teams:

  • Collaborate on campaign planning, messaging, segmentation, and performance review
  • Share ASIA PACIFIC-specific insights to help shape more localized and effective regional strategies

Marketing Automation (Eloqua):

  • Maintain Eloqua programs including email templates, forms, landing pages, shared content blocks, and nurture flows
  • Ensure CRM integration (e.g. Salesforce) and campaign data quality
  • Support compliance with data privacy and marketing consent regulations (e.g., PDPA, GDPR)

Campaign Reporting & Optimization:

  • Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics; analyze and report on KPIs such as open rates, CTR, MQLs, and conversions
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and timing
  • Identify improvement areas in campaign execution, process, or tools and share best practices with the broader team
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in English required. Japanese / Mandarin is a plus
  • Operationally strong and process-driven with a focus on execution
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines across diverse markets
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with global and local teams
  • Analytical thinker with a data-first approach to improvement
  • Self-motivated, agile, and proactive
