Job Description:
- Oversees the end-to-end operational of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure accurate, timely and compliant transaction processing.
- Manage statutory reporting requirements, including quarterly GST filings and preparation for ACAP reviews, ensuring full adherence to regulatory standards.
- Ensure proper accounting and reconciliation of inter-company transactions across entities within Singapore.
- Coordinate month-end closing activities and deliver accurate reports in line with Group reporting timelines.
- Liaise with stakeholders where necessary in operational issue.
- Provide support, training, mentoring, and development to reporting staffs on an ongoing basis to address more complex issues/ exceptions/ continuous improvement initiatives/ leadership skills.
- Other ad hoc projects and analysis that may be delegated.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance operations of Shared Services environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to knowledge sharing and improvement.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP); experience in automation or analytics tools is advantageous.
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment; able to balance priorities and handle ambiguity.
