What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and analyses
  2. Performing data entry, record-keeping, and general administrative tasks related to financial operations
  3. Providing support to the financial planning team, including client correspondence and follow-ups
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of financial services
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
  6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a financial assistant or administrative role, preferably within the Banking & Financial Services industry
  3. Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills
  4. Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office applications
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  7. Familiarity with financial planning concepts and regulations
