To expand into Southeast Asian and overseas markets, we have established a subsidiary in Singapore's core business district, with the office located at One Raffles Place, offering convenient transportation and a high-quality working environment. Currently, due to the business development needs of the Singapore subsidiary, we are recruiting Manager Assistants locally and invite you to join us in promoting the development of the Southeast Asian investment market.

About the role

As a core member of the financial management consulting team, you are required to gain insight into the operational needs of enterprises from a professional perspective, and complete relevant management consulting reports through in-depth financial analysis and industry research. By outputting professional consulting results, you will help customers improve their financial management capabilities and operational efficiency, and at the same time contribute to the expansion of the company's financial management consulting business and the establishment of a professional brand image in the industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Financial Statement Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on the financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, etc.) of customer enterprises, accurately identify the operating conditions, potential risks and optimization space reflected by financial data, form professional analysis reports and put forward implementable improvement suggestions.
2. Industry Research and Analysis: Track the development trends of key industries, collect information on policies and regulations, market demand, competitive landscape, technological trends, etc., conduct industry research using professional methods, output insightful research reports, and provide a basis for customer business decisions and company consulting program design.
3. Conduct in-depth reviews of corporate's financial statements (including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, etc.), and apply professional methods such as ratio analysis, trend analysis, and structural analysis to identify operational issues behind financial data (e.g., profit stability, debt-servicing capacity, cash flow health, cost control loopholes, etc.). Integrate the analysis results to form a structured financial analysis report, clearly presenting data insights and improvement recommendations, so as to provide data support to optimize financial decisions and address financial pain points.

What we're looking for

1. Nationality Requirement: Malaysian citizen or Singapore permanent resident
2. Age Requirement: Under 35 years old (including 35 years old)
3. Education and Major: Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Financial Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting and other related majors; those with professional qualifications such as MBA, CPA, CMA are preferred
4. Proficient in reading various corporate financial statements, proficient in methods such as financial ratio analysis, cash flow analysis, profit forecasting, and able to independently complete high-quality financial analysis reports
5. Have solid industry research capabilities, master data collection, information screening, trend analysis skills, and be able to output industry research results with clear logic and sufficient arguments

6. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in both Chinese and English, and able to skillfully use both languages for customer communication, report writing, program reporting and other work

7. Proficient in operating Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); those who master advanced Excel functions (such as pivot tables, function analysis) or data analysis tools (such as SPSS, Tableau) are preferred

8. Strong logical thinking ability, problem-solving ability and pressure resistance; rigorous and meticulous in work, strong sense of responsibility, and able to efficiently promote the parallel execution of multiple tasks; passionate about the management consulting industry, with awareness of continuous learning and innovative thinking, and good at team collaboration.
