We are looking for a dynamic Functional Consultant with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and customizing D365 applications and Power Platform components, as well as providing support post-implementation. You will participate in multiple projects, work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements, configure solutions, and ensure the applications are operating effectively.

Requirement and Job Description

  • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, particularly in one or more modules: Customer Service, Sales, Customer Insights.
  • Have experience of at least two full D365 projects, from requirement gathering, design, customization, deployment, through to support.
  • Configure and customize Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Apps).
  • Participate in at least two Power Platform projects.
  • Provide ongoing support (minimum 2 years) for both D365 applications and Power Platform applications: resolving issues, managing updates, handling user queries, etc.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to document requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, and propose solutions.
  • Assist in quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment.
  • Create functional spec documents / user guides / training materials as needed.
  • Troubleshoot incidents, manage defects, work with technical teams to ensure stable performance.
