Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the D365 F&O implementation
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the system is designed and built to meet the business requirements
  • Test and validate the implemented solutions to ensure they meet the defined requirements
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the new D365 F&O systems and processes
  • Continuously improve business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimisation

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the implementation of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, user stories, and requirements documentation
  • Experience in leading user acceptance testing and providing training to end-users
  • Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma
  • Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
