Job Description:

  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports and submission such as registration of new products and products forecasts submission, etc.
  • Communicate and liaise with HQ related to work.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings and events.
  • Taking meeting minutes.
  • Interpret written or spoken material into Japanese language, ensures meaning and context are maintained.
  • Other ad hoc tasks requested by the management.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Administrative or equivalent
  • Min 2-3 years of relevant secretary experience or related experience
  • Having experience in Secretary position or admin will be a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Japanese language for document translation/interpretation and to liaise with Japan HQ and Japanese speaking counterparts.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
