Job Scope:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the implementation and operations of the Technical Competency and Business Competency framework, as well as the development of a new Competency Management System (CMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out duties related to the operations of the Technical and Business Competency framework.
  • Monitor application rates across various domains and update proficiency-level information in the existing database.
  • Support projects and initiatives related to digitalization of application processes and dashboard generation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the Competency Management System (CMS).
  • Work with the CMS vendor and internal officers to migrate ~1,400 application forms (PDF/Word with attachments) and relevant data into the CMS.
  • Coordinate briefing sessions to share on changes introduced by digitalization.
  • Develop communication materials (FAQ, demo recordings, guides) to facilitate smooth transition to the CMS.
  • Provide support to officers on queries related to Technical and Business Competency applications.

Job Requirements:

  • Singaporean only.
  • Must posses at least Degree in any related discipline.
