Bukit Merah, Singapore Bloom Child Psychology Full time $84,000 - $120,000 per year

Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Bloom In this role, you will work collaboratively with our team of psychologists to provide high-quality assessment and therapy services for our clients — primarily children and adolescents.

Key responsibilities:

Assessment

  • Conduct psychological assessments for ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma and other mental health conditions
  • Case conceptualisation, diagnosis and making evidence-based recommendations
  • Provide accessible feedback to parents
  • Report writing

Intervention

  • Conducting individual and group interventions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, e.g. CBT, DBT, ACT
  • Resource and programme development
  • Maintain case notes and other documentation
  • Monitor and evaluate intervention outcomes
  • Engage parents as part of therapeutic process, e.g. feedback, advice

Capacity Building

  • Conduct talks and workshops for parents and teachers
  • Supervision of junior psychologists/interns
  • Team meetings / peer supervision

Other Duties

  • Service monitoring and improvement
  • Conceptualising new projects or involvement in existing projects

· Recognised Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology

· Registered with the Singapore Psychological Society (SRP) or other recognised professional body

· Experience conducting assessments, with strong clinical formulation and report writing skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, teens and families

· Competence in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions

· Proficiency in spoken Chinese is an advantage (to serve Mandarin-speaking clients)

· Working hours are typically Mondays to Fridays, 10am to 7pm. Saturday availability preferred (with weekday off in lieu).
