My client is one of the leading real estate developers based in Singapore, with a strong presence across Asia.


• Permanent Position: Senior M&E Executive / Asst M&E Manager

• Salary: Attractive Remuneration + Bonus

• Location: Central

• Working Hours: Office, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated professional to manage the facilities and M&E operations of the Elementum building, a Grade-A commercial property.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in managing commercial buildings, with proven leadership in overseeing maintenance teams and service providers.

Key Responsibilities


• Ensure all routine maintenance, repair, and replacement works are carried out properly and on schedule.


• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive/corrective maintenance for:

○ Air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems

○ Electrical systems (power, lighting)

○ Fire protection systems

○ Building management systems (BMS)

○ Plumbing & sanitary systems


• Supervise and evaluate vendors, contractors, and technicians to ensure quality, compliance, and EHS standards.


• Review and interpret M&E designs/drawings and liaise with tenants on renovation and reinstatement works.


• Prepare purchase requisitions/orders, reports, and meeting minutes.


• Manage tenant feedback, requests, and maintain strong tenant relationships.


• Oversee all M&E upgrading projects, providing onsite technical solutions.


• Monitor and maintain records of facilities, incidents, and inspections.


• Assist in developing SOPs, cost-control initiatives, and efficiency improvements.


• Handle emergencies, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and control use of common facilities.

Requirements


• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).


• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing commercial buildings.


• Strong leadership skills to manage a team of 5–10 executives and technicians.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.


• Customer-service oriented, proactive, and independent.
