Job Responsibilities

  • Assist HOD in planning and coordinating daily workflow to ensure optimum and cost-effective procurement and supply chain management
  • Ensure availability of therapeutic products for hospital and clinics operations, including being involved in product sourcing and procurement activities, in compliance with organisational policies and legal requirements
  • Function as the resource person for drug information for purchasers and frontline colleagues, aside from playing supervisory roles.
  • Work closely with other departments to achieve organisation's business objectives.
  • Contribute towards enhancement of purchasing functions.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Pharmacy registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council.
  • Knowledge of / experience in purchasing functions of therapeutic products would be an added advantage.
  • Meticulous and able to multi-task and work independently
  • Team player and able to communicate effectively with external parties, internal customers and subordinates is a prerequisite.
  • Possess the ability to provide proper guidance and training to your subordinates.
  • Able to establish close working relationships with major vendors and other industrial partners.
  • Matured person, with good business acumen, possess strong organisational and analytical skills.
