Central Region, Singapore IPP Financial Advisers Pte Ltd Full time $4,000 - $6,000 per year

Job Description:

  • Report to Distribution head
  • Handling matters related to the Distribution channel
  • Process, prepare and maintain Introducer Agreements
  • Liaise with the Compliance Dept on introducer regulatory requirements
  • Handling advisers on offboarding/resign processes
  • Prepare and send policy listing to new servicing advisers

  • Consolidate policy listing for Providers and Internal departments

  • Prepare and send introductory of new servicing adviser letter to clients

  • Prepare release letter for resigned advisers
  • Notify Providers/Business Partners on adviser RNF cessation
  • Process policy transfer to new servicing advisers
  • Coordinate with Finance on outstanding fee follow ups for resigning advisers
  • Generate and send monthly sales reports
  • Provide advisory support to Group Partners/Advisers, Internal dept and Providers/Business Partners on servicing related queries
  • Assist in the day-to-day correspondence
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required and may include assistance with event logistics

Job Requirements:

  • Able to work independently and with a team in a dynamic environment
  • Possessed Local Diploma and above
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, SharePoint)
  • No prior experience needed; training will be provided
  • Past work experience in insurance industry is a plus
