**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information to make informed lending decisions.
- Review and negotiate loan terms and conditions with borrowers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal lending policies.
- Manage a portfolio of loans and monitor loan performance.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline loan processing and approval procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in lending regulations.
- Adhere to risk management guidelines and assess and mitigate lending risks.
- Prepare and present loan reports to management and stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Loan Officer in a banking or financial institution.
- Strong knowledge of lending principles, credit analysis, and risk management.
- Ability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Relevant professional certifications or licenses may be required.
