Job Function:

As a Branch Officer, you will provide exceptional service to walk-in customers, collaborate with business partners, and uphold the professional image of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exemplary customer service, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Proactively enhance the customer experience during their appointments.
  • Clearly explain contract terms, products, and details to customers.
  • Assist customers with loan applications, providing guidance throughout the process.
  • Address customer inquiries and explain loan procedures via phone.
  • Support clients in account management, ensuring accurate data entry of customer details.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying and filing as needed.

Requirements:

  • Entry-level position; no prior experience necessary—training will be provided.
  • Friendly and positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers.
