Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisted clients in understanding financial products, providing clear and accurate information to help them make informed decisions.

  • Guided clients through the application process, ensuring all documentation and initial assessments met company and regulatory standards.

  • Ensured adherence to relevant policies and regulations by working closely with the compliance team.

  • Coordinated with internal departments to facilitate timely approvals and smooth disbursement of financial products.

  • Built and maintained strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support.

  • Achieved monthly disbursement targets by proactively promoting financial products and generating referrals through client satisfaction.

  • Collaborated with the collections team to address overdue accounts and participated in site visits when necessary.

  • Maintained detailed and accurate records of client interactions, loan statuses, and compliance efforts to support operational transparency.

Job Requirements:
