
HR Specialist

You will learn and grow together through OJT( On Job Training) on the various HR roles as listed below:
HR Operations & Digital Support:
· Support team in implementing new platforms and capabilities
· Support core HR processes including onboarding new hires, maintaining employee data and P files, and coordinating with vendors.
· Learn to act as an administrator for our HRIS and LMS systems, helping with data entry, report generation, and troubleshooting.
· Identify opportunities to improve and automate manual HR tasks and administrative workflows.
· Ensure data accuracy across our systems, which is critical for reliable reporting.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
· Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data (e.g., recruitment metrics, workforce demographics, overtime metrics, training participation etc) to help identify trends.
· Support the team in creating basic reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics.
· Use your analytical skills to help provide insights for projects related to employee engagement, retention, and performance.
Learning & Development Coordination:
· Help coordinate training programs by managing logistics, scheduling, and communications.
· Support the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS).
· Play a key role in executing a seamless and welcoming Day 1 onboarding experience for new employees.
Qualifications & Experience
· Graduate with a Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Power BI, Power Automate for organizing and analyzing data).
· A keen interest in HR technology and software; experience with any HRIS or LMS would be advantageous.
