Position Summary:

An entry-level role with a clear path for growth. This position provides crucial support to the Delivery Operations Driver, assisting with all logistical tasks while undergoing training to become a fully proficient and independent driver within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Actively assist with the loading, unloading, and securing of goods. Accompany the experienced driver on routes to learn procedures.
  • Training & Development: Actively learn all aspects of the delivery operations, including routes, customer protocols, safety procedures, and company standards.
  • Drive Readiness: Train to take full responsibility for the delivery vehicle and complete assigned routes independently and to standard when required.
  • Vehicle Upkeep: Assist in performing daily vehicle checks and maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the vehicle.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure daily objectives are met efficiently and safely.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Valid Singapore driving license with a clean driving record.
  • A positive attitude, strong willingness to learn, and a reliable nature.
  • No prior professional experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Must be punctual, responsible, and possess a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Physically capable of handling packages and goods of various sizes and weights.
