We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Shop Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen interest in retail sales. As a Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Working Location: ION Orchard

Job Description

  • Achieve the department vision, KPIs and stretch goals that are set by the Company

  • Provide constructive feedback on sales strategies in the store of his/her responsibilities.

  • Exemplary in conduct, possessing self-motivation and high discipline to excel in performance

  • Accountable and responsible for the day-to-day effective and efficient operations of the assigned store

  • Responsible to team building and assisting in training the team to acquire the skills and competency levels required in the job

  • Coach and counsel the team for corrective behavior personally to maximize the performance of every retail team member

Job Requirement

  • At least 3 years of retail management experience

  • Adaptable and a fast learner with client-centric mentality

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Must be able to work retail shift hours, including weekends & public holidays

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Shop Manager
