Responsibilities:

Client Care

  • Assess, plan, and deliver physiotherapy sessions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Work with clients individually or in groups, collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
  • Track progress, adjust care plans, and provide feedback to caregivers and the care team.
  • Refer clients to specialists when needed and visit homes, schools, or workplaces if required.
  • Provide physiotherapy guidance and training when necessary.

Administrative Tasks

  • Keep accurate and timely clinical records.
  • Support smooth daily operations and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain therapy equipment and resources.

Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing

  • Guide junior staff, volunteers, and caregivers in physiotherapy practices.
  • Share expertise and best practices with colleagues.

Professional Growth

  • Stay updated with the latest physiotherapy research and techniques.
  • Participate in workshops, case discussions, and team meetings to enhance skills.

Other Responsibilities

  • Contribute to cross-team projects, events, and community outreach activities.
  • Take on other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent recognized by the Allied Health Professions Council).
  • Eligible for registration as a Physiotherapist under the Allied Health Professions Act 2011.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local languages is a plus.
