Preventive Maintenance Planning

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend asset lifespan and reduce reactive servicing.

Project & Infrastructure Execution

Support renovation and infrastructure improvement projects, ensuring alignment with clinical needs and operational timelines.

IT Systems Collaboration

Liaise with IT Support Services to resolve computer hardware issues, manage cabling infrastructure, and integrate IT software systems to ensure seamless operations.

Contract & Vendor Management

Draft, negotiate, and manage service contracts with vendors/suppliers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry standards.

Regulatory Compliance

Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Cost Efficiency & Operational Insight

Analyse biomedical devices and facilities operations to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements.

Technical Leadership

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

Requirements

Education & Experience


• Degree in Engineering or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience; or


• Diploma in Facilities Management Engineering or related field with at least 8 years of demonstrated competency

Industry Knowledge


• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., Joint Commission, OSHA)
