Oracle HCM Consultant (Core HR)

Contract Type: 1-Year Contract

Location: Central, Singapore (Office-based)

About the Role

We are looking for an Oracle HCM Consultant (Core HR) to lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of the Oracle Core HCM module as part of a large-scale HR cloud transformation. You will act as the subject matter expert for Core HCM, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leads to ensure the solution is aligned with HR processes, governance, and organisational policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of the Oracle Core HCM module.
  • Facilitate business workshops to capture functional and technical requirements.
  • Configure workflows, rules, and security roles in line with organisational policies and controls.
  • Oversee the development of RICEW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) for your module.
  • Collaborate with Integration and Data Migration leads to ensure cross-module and cross-system alignment.
  • Develop test scenarios and scripts, and lead UAT for your functional area.
  • Deliver end user training, quick reference guides, and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise during cutover planning and post–go-live hypercare.
  • Monitor Oracle HCM quarterly updates for your module and plan controlled rollouts.

Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years of deep, hands-on experience with Oracle Core HCM.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes relevant to Core HR.
  • Experience working on large-scale HR cloud transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
