Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Yonyou ERP systems and cloud solutions implementation services including user requirement study, system configuration, testing, user training, report writing, and documentation;
  • Provide pre-sales support from a technical perspective, including product &technical solution demo;
  • Investigate all reported problems/errors & initiate amendments & testing so that the system can operate correctly & efficiently;
  • Receive training about Yonyou ERP products, industry, and project management.

Requirements:

  • Major in Information Technology, Accountancy, and Business Administration;
  • 1-3 years of experience in the implementation and support of business applications and cloud solutions;
  • Good command of one business knowledge including accounting, supply chain, manufacturing, or construction industry;
  • Experience in ERP solutions (Sage, SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Microsoft Navision, Workday) will be advantageous;
  • Strong writing, verbal communication and presentation skills;
  • Will be based in Singapore and travel for overseas projects in Southeast Asia;
  • Chinese proficiency with Chinese-speaking clients.
