About the role

As a Client Relationship & Solution Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships within this reputable consulting firm. Reporting to the Senior Management team, you will be responsible for delivering tailored solutions to meet the evolving needs of the company's diverse client base. This full-time position is based in the Central Region.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their challenges and requirements, and develop effective solutions to address their needs
  • Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through regular communication, providing updates and identifying new opportunities for collaboration
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations and other client-facing deliverables to showcase the company's capabilities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and service enhancement
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's client relationship management strategies

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the consulting or professional services industry
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to address client needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Familiarity with project management principles and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM systems
