Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to customer projects, ensuring that all deliverables align with both customer objectives and the broader goals of the commercial consulting practice.

  • Drive business development efforts at a strategic level by cultivating and maintaining key customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities, and expanding the practice's market presence.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, managing relationships with a focus on strategic alignment and ensuring the delivery of high-impact solutions.

  • Mentor and develop senior consultants and managers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and professional growth within the commercial consulting practice.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the long-term vision and strategic goals of the consulting practice, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.

  • Articulate the value of the practice area's capabilities and drive thought leadership initiatives within the commercial sector, including publishing influential articles, speaking at industry conferences, and engaging with key stakeholders.

  • Contribute to shaping the overall direction and growth of the consulting practice by identifying emerging trends, refining strategic priorities, and implementing initiatives that enhance the practice's competitive edge.

 Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant field

  • 10+ Years of Relevant Experience

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
