Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficiency and accuracy in executing daily operational processes within the required cycle time
  • Support the Indoor Sales Department by processing orders and coordinating deliveries in a timely manner
  • Manage a range of operational tasks essential for the smooth running of daily business operations
  • Oversee the preparation and completion of outbound and inbound shipments
  • Handle import and export logistics, including inventory management, documentation updates, picking, and packing of goods
  • Process Customer Confirmation Orders and prepare the necessary documentation (e.g., Certificates and Marking requirements)
  • Coordinate deliveries and resolve order-related issues to ensure successful and accurate order fulfilment
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience; logistics, shipping, or order processing background preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Proactive, independent, and a strong team player with effective communication skills
  • Meticulous, resourceful, and highly motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
