
Workday HR Transformation

We are seeking experienced Workday subject matter experts to take ownership of specific modules within a large-scale HR transformation program. Each Module Lead will be responsible for end-to-end delivery and optimisation of one dedicated Workday area - Core HCM, Absence, Time & Labour, Learning, Workforce Planning, Integration Middleware, or Historical Data Migration. This is a high-impact role requiring deep functional expertise, excellent HR process knowledge, and proven experience in leading module delivery across the full implementation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end configuration, implementation, and optimisation of the assigned Workday module.
- Partner with HR process owners to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
- Define module-specific configuration, workflows, security roles, and business rules.
- Collaborate with testing teams to design, execute, and validate module-specific test scripts.
- Drive user adoption through training, workshops, and clear documentation.
- Provide ongoing troubleshooting, resolution, and knowledge transfer post-go-live.
- Contribute expert input on module integration points with other Workday modules and third-party systems.
- Monitor Workday feature releases relevant to the assigned module and manage enhancement rollouts.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or any related field.
- 5-10 years of hands-on Workday implementation and support experience in the specific module of application.
- Solid understanding of HR processes related to the functional area (e.g., Core HCM, Absence/Leave policies, Time & Labour, Learning management, or Workforce Planning).
- Experience with EIB, Workday Studio, or relevant Workday integration tools (for Integration Middleware roles).
- Proven track record of leading Workday module delivery from requirements gathering to go-live.
- Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to partner across HR, IT, and business functions.
- Experience in large-scale HR transformation or migration projects is good to have.
