Job Description:

●       Assist in conceptualising, developing and supporting marketing campaigns for beauty retail, and marketplaces

●       Collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders, including working with internal key account managers, business partners, and other marketing functions (e.g. social media content (English/Chinese), Collab Partnerships, Public Relations, O2O marketing, Graphic Designers) for campaign creations and optimisation

●       Conduct data analysis on campaigns performance and offer ongoing recommendations for campaign optimisation, such as innovative ideas, partnerships and activations that enhance campaigns performance

●       Keep abreast of trends on social media, e-Commerce, digital marketing and industry developments, and leverage trends and developments to optimise campaigns

●       Depending on capacity and capability, opportunity to support planning and execution of Big Campaigns, including major sales (e.g. 11.11, BFCM), seasonal festivals (e.g. Chinese New Year, Christmas) and other major cross-category campaigns

As our Intern, you will

●       Conduct market research, brainstorm and propose fresh content, ideas or marketing support for retail promotions and campaigns (O2O), and collaborate with cross-functional teams on daily marketplace requests

●       Aid in campaign creation, creative briefs for digital ads, managing video editing or iphone video production (if needed), followed by post-campaign reporting and analysis

●       Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support operations across social, digital campaigns to drive traffic to brand flagship on e-marketplaces on important campaign days

●       Manage day-to-day operations involving the curation, cataloging, organization, and distribution of digital assets and product data across Marketplaces, and updating shopfronts in those channels on a regular basis.

●       Assist to track sales performance, liaise with marketplaces for feedback, analyze campaign's performance, and may be asked to assist in regional projects and campaigns with distributors or overseas partners.

●       Basic or intermediate understanding of google analytics, conversion funnels, able to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, or work with affiliates or seed  influencers  for continuous improvement

●       Think on your feet, take ownership of projects, be teachable and willing to tweak promos and campaigns on short notice.

Who are we looking for?

●       Students currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Singapore. Students from other institutes of higher education (e.g. Polytechnics) are also welcome

●       Background in Business/ Marketing / Communication

●       Strong in Microsoft Suite and have prior internship experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing.

●       Experience in Beauty Retail, using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, live-streams, videography or photography, or editing software is advantageous

●       Must be able to speak, write and communicate fluently in both English and Chinese

●       Passionate in joining beauty retail or beauty eCommerce is a plus

●       At least 3 to 6 months' commitment; with possible conversion to permanent full-time role
