PurposeAt IDEMIA Public Security, we shape the future by securing identity in a connected world. As a Talent Acquisition Manager for Asia Pacific, you will play a key role in our success by attracting and engaging top talent. This is more than recruitment, it is about being a strategic partner to the business and helping build the teams that will drive tomorrow's innovation. You will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters and crafting recruitment strategies for various roles. You will ensure that the team provides excellent candidate experience, build a strong employer brand for IDEMIA, and develop strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Key MissionsDesign and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidatesProactively identify and address hiring needs and participate in strategic planning regarding workforce and employee development and engagementDesign and implement hiring strategies aligned with workforce planning and talent market trends Collaborate and interface with all internal departments on various business transformation projects domestically and globallyAct as a business partner to hiring managers, human resources counterparts, and top management, with a strong presence at C-level and VP-level interactionsEvaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures and develop policies governing the candidate screening and interview scheduling processPromote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidatesUse social media and organize recruiting events to establish a strong employer brandHire, train, and mentor recruiting team members, inspiring them, providing guidance and removing roadblocksPartner, educate, and support the hiring manager community on issues and concernsServe as a trusted advisor, utilizing a consultative approach to guide hiring teamsOversee and improve overall candidate experienceUse data analytics to support decision making and measure productivity Track and report key metrics to evaluate hiring performance and identify areas of improvement using our ATS and internal dashboardsGenerate reports and presentations on recruiting activitiesEstablishes and maintains relationships with employment agencies, external recruiters, professional associations, or other organizations that can ensure a continuous pipeline of employment candidatesWork with internal procurement team on vendor evaluation/selection, VMS/MSP management, and outsourcing strategiesTravel to IDEMIA offices to conduct hiring manager training, attend meetings, and strengthen professional relationshipsManage, update, and provide overall guidance on employee referral programResolve all recruiting related issues and delays as needed. Profile & Other Information
Graduate of a business school or equivalent university program (master's level or bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of relevant experience), with a desire to join a global leader in the technology sectorProven work experience as a Manager of Talent Acquisition or similar senior-level recruiting positionHands on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing, and evaluationExperience managing and motivating virtual teams, leading and directing their work including personnel actions such as hiring, performance management, and terminationKnowledge integrating and managing a multi-source recruiting department to include internal recruitment team members, contractors and consultants, external staffing and outsourcing supportExperience working in a multi-national, matrixed organization, contributing to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting in collaboration with senior managementExperience working and negotiating with international business partners and colleagues and establishing policies, practices, and procedures that have a significant impact on the organizationExperience working with and implementing applicant tracking systemsMicrosoft Office proficiency as well as aptitude to learn new technologies and adapt quicklyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholdersFull professional proficiency in English is requiredAdvanced presentation and spreadsheet skills required to deliver concise and detailed information for various stakeholdersGood knowledge of Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, India, Australia, New Zealand labor legislation related to recruitmentExperience working for government contractors preferred.
