About Us:

Shanyos is a leading distributor of premium consumer electronics across Asia. With a strong presence in key regional markets and a reputation for reliability and brand-building, we are expanding our export operations and seeking a driven Export Manager to lead growth across the Asian region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand export sales of consumer electronics and FMCG products across Asian markets (e.g., Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, India).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regional distributors, importers, and retail partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities, negotiate pricing and contracts, and ensure profitability targets are met.
  • Oversee all aspects of export operations — documentation, shipping coordination, compliance with international trade regulations, and customs requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of trends, competitors, and pricing dynamics in the consumer electronics and FMCG sectors.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and partner meetings across Asia.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, International Trade, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of export sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics or FMCG.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-country accounts and achieving sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of Asian market dynamics, trade routes, and regional regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in export documentation, Incoterms, and logistics coordination.
  • Willingness to travel within Asia for business development and partner meetings.
