Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients to ensure project quality and schedule adherence in compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Interpret design objectives, systems, and budgets to align project execution.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to review tender specifications and obtain quotations.
  • Verify equipment and materials for compliance with specifications and drawings.
  • Prepare weekly work schedules and related documentation.
  • Supervise temporary works to ensure proper execution.
  • Manage and oversee workmen and subcontractors to meet standards in quality, timeline, cost, and safety.
  • Lead junior supervisors and take overall responsibility for their assigned tasks.
  • Maintain daily work records, including documentation of additional work claims.
  • Prepare progress reports for consultants and clients.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of M&E experience in ACMV/HVAC service and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of M&E details, working drawings, and local construction practices.
  • Familiarity with local codes and regulations.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective team player with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant IT software.
  • Timely and accurate submission of reports and documentation.
