Position: Assistant Manager, Brand and Marketing

Location: Changi

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Monthly Salary: up to $6,000 per month

Contract Type: Full-Time, 1 Year Contract

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves everything from initial planning and concept development to execution and post-event analysis. Key responsibilities include the following areas:

  • Event Planning and Execution

    Developing showcase/exhibition content themes, managing budgets, securing venue spaces (where applicable), providing administrative support such as preparing administrative briefs to management, coordinating logistics such as arranging exhibits delivery, preparation of exhibitor passes and manning rosters, ensuring all aspects of the event are executed smoothly.

  • Content and Visual Development

    Collaborating with internal stakeholders and creative team to develop engaging content and multi-media materials for showcases/exhibitions, is suited for the right target audience and are aligned with strategic priorities, messaging tone and voice.

  • Brand Alignment

    Ensuring that all aspects of the execution, from the physical layout to the visuals/messaging/engagement approach, reflect the brand values.

  • Vendor Management

    Sourcing/appointing and working closely with the right external vendors (such as designers, build contractors, content producers, materials/collateral suppliers, F&B caterers, public engagement activity planners, photographers/videographers, entertainment artistes (where needed), or any other vendors as identified to ensure they meet deadlines and budget requirements as well as deliver on project objectives.

  • Post-Event Analysis

    Evaluating the success of the exhibition/showcases at key events and identifying key areas of improvement, and reporting on key metrics.

  • Project Management and Managing Stakeholders

    Managing the projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget, whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, vendors and

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in event planning, exhibition design or similar roles.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills including good presentation and negotiation skills.

  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross functional teams.

  • Ability to work with technical and creative teams.

  • Able to demonstrate strong project management skills, resourcefulness and results oriented.

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual.
