The E-Commerce Operations Support works together with the E-Commerce Operations Staff for ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of Shilla Duty Free’s orders via Changi Airport’s online shopping portal, I-shop Changi. He/she will ensure assist in product picking, receiving of delivery; maintain stock levels and collecting of returned/refunded items. 1. To ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of all orders at ISC by picking of items from the shop floor
2. To assist on receiving of deliveries for Ishop exclusive items and IShop Gift with Purchase (GWP)
3. To support on i-shop inventory management and maintain store-room in an orderly manner
4. To collect any returned/refunded and cancelled packages from different collections points:
a. Collection Centres for Departure Orders
b. Arrival Shops for Arrival Orders
c. Central Shop for GHR Orders
Any other ad hoc duties as per assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- 2 -3 years of related work experience will be added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Independent, Good initiative, dependable, and team player
- Willing to commit retail operational hours
- Good interpersonal & communication skills

Primary/N/O Levels or equivalent

Minimum of 1 year(s) experience needed for this position
