About the role

Join our team at SB Reserve Pte Ltd as a full-time Server. You will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our customers at our establishment and as a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial part in delivering our brand promise and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  3. Delivering menu items to customers in a timely manner
  4. Ensuring tables are properly set and maintained throughout service
  5. Responding promptly to customer requests and addressing any concerns
  6. Assisting with general dining room duties, such as clearing tables and restocking supplies
  7. Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards
  8. Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, positive demeanour
  3. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  4. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  5. Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
  6. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
