TDI - QA Automation Testing Engineer

Our Corporate Bank Technology team is a global team of 3000 coders (and growing) across 30 countries. The primary businesses that Corporate Bank support are Cash Management, Securities Services, Trade Finance and Trust & Agency Services.  CB Technology supports these businesses through CIO aligned teams and also by 'horizontals' such as Client Connectivity, Surveillance and Regulatory, Infrastructure, Architecture, Production, and Risk & Control.

Trade Finance & Lending: Trade Finance Technology is responsible for the application development for international documentary payments, ie collections, letters of credit, guarantees, foreign trade financing for corporate clients and institutional investors, for both importers and exporters. Product examples include: unstructured and structured trade finance, loan and credit distribution solutions.

Your key responsibilities:

• Designing and conducting automation testing procedures and frameworks to verify software and other technical products to ensure expected functional performance

• Design and implement end to end Automation tests using Selenium/Playwright ( Javascri[t/Typescript)

• Maintaining and improving test frameworks and pipelines (CICD)

• Reporting, tracking and analyzing test results and defects.

• Ensuring test coverage for functional Regression and integration scenarios.

• Investigating instances where software and technical products do not perform as expected

• Designing and conducting quality assurance practices to support business development activities

• Driving the adoption of recognized best practice and policy and contributes to the ongoing improvement of methodologies and assets for the business

• Working with their counterparts across the business to raise the standard of QA across the bank

• Recording defects and the collation of metrics and KPI information for reporting purposes

• Testing disciplines include: Performance Testing, Test Automation, Test Processes, Testing Products

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum core automation experience of 6-10 years

• Hands-on Automation testing using Selenium/Playwright ( Javascri[t/Typescript)

• Programming expertise in modern object-oriented languages such as Core Java, Python, Groovy, JavaScript, React JS.

• Experience in defining & implementing tool strategy, test automation frameworks and reusable components across multiple platforms or technologies such as End-User (UI - desktop / browser / mobile) and Servers (middleware / back-end)

• Hands on in Performance Testing, Test Automation, Test Processes, Testing Products
