Co-Development Business Unit is looking for Lead QA Engineer (Test Automation)

**What will you do?**
- Define and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project leads, and others to understand requirements and establish testing strategies.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage testing activities across multiple modules (Android app, iOS app, dashboard), ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Review and approve test plans, test cases, and test scripts developed by QA team, ensuring coverage and accuracy.
- Collaborate with software developers, project leads, and others to understand the requirement and identify test scenarios
- Identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Design and implement test automation framework and tools to improve testing efficiency

**What are we looking for?**
- Proven experience as QA Engineer or Software Tester, with solid understanding of software testing methodologies and practices, with at least 8 years of experience.
- Has a deep understanding of testing principles and methodologies, with extensive experience in manual and automated testing.
- Experience writing test automation using test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium or similar
- Experience running automated testing using device farms
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
