We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development & Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, particularly within Singapore Government agencies.

  • Drive sales growth through effective prospecting, lead generation, and deal closing.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Proven experience as a Sales/Business Development Executive, preferably in IT-related and law enforcement sectors.

  • Familiarity with Singapore Government agencies and their procurement processes.

  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Results-oriented with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
