Open Positions:

  • Chef de Partie – $2,200 to $2,800
  • Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager – $2,800 to $3,500
  • Or join our Management Trainee Fast Track Program

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead juniors and work with the team on day to day operations
  • Work with front of house to ensure a united front and back operations
  • Prepare and execute dishes with consistency and creativity
  • Clean, prep, and organise ingredients efficiently
  • Work on R&D and refine existing recipes
  • Maintain hygiene and kitchen organisation to the highest standards
  • Support or lead junior team members (depending on role)
  • Keep up with culinary trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
  • Assist with daily kitchen operations and stock/order management

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen (preferred)
  • Strong work ethic, discipline, and punctuality
  • Proactive, with a positive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Interest in both culinary craft and understanding F&B business
  • Team player with clear communication and high standards

Work Schedule:

  • 48–55 hours/week
